Family history keeps me in touch with people and it's my passion - basically I search the census, parish records and other sources to construct a family tree for my clients, then weave the family story around the bare facts, bringing in information and pictures about locations and occupations etc. It started many years ago with my own family research, which ranged from Chirk in North Wales, Shropshire, Norwich, Ipswich, Kent and even as far as Canada, where a couple of great aunts were sent as ‘home children’. It's all fascinating...
